Design

Art, luxury, and craftsmanship

Every detail of the White Eagle has been carefully planned and expertly built. The design of its chrome group heads is a statement of individuality. The ridged shape of the side panels shine with chrome that runs along the bottom. Options of black and white side and panels also available.

As with anything created by Victoria Arduino, the White Eagle was designed to please the eye and to win over customers, no matter how discriminating they might be.

With its balance of modern and classic styles, the White Eagle is timeless. Its elegance goes beyond fleeting fashion yet rides the wave of emerging trends and as an icon unto itself, conveying the values and tradition of Italian espresso itself.

 

T3 technology

In a professional coffee machine, temperature plays an extremely important role, as it strongly influences the quality of the espresso. A stable temperature provides an excellent and repeatable result.

But how? Again, through studies, research and experimentation, as well as working with the best baristas, we managed to find a solution that provides for the control of every single parameter. Thus was born T3, a technology that allows the barista to set three temperatures: for the individual brewing group, the water infusion and the steam.

What do you get? Total control of the water supply’s thermal accuracy that results in temperature stability and ultimately in a perfect espresso. This also comes about due to an electronic system, with probes for temperature, pressure and PID, which manages each variable. Highly accurate and stable feature. 

 

White Eagle Digit

Still want a high quality and temperature stable machine but don’t need the high accuracy of a T3? Then there’s the White Eagle Digit which has an electronic temperature control which works on a solid state relay platform to deliver continuous heating impulses to retain temperature stability for large steam boiler 11.4litre.

 

Easy Cream System

VA358 White Eagle is also available with the Easycream system, a technology that allows the milk to be heated and frothed to suit your preferences, thanks to the innovative wand with “tangential holes” and a steam-air mixing system. This system is very much appreciated by coffee shop chains as it produces creamy milk that is fragrant and consistent.

 

 

 

 

Cool touch wand

Thermal insulation guarantees the barista’s safety; and not only that, but better and easier cleaning and therefore greater hygiene. The new “Cool-Touch” thermally insulated wand avoids annoying burns and can speed up cleaning the espresso machine.

 

Display TFT

The VA358 “talks” to the barista and shares all the information provided by the T3 systems. The TFT display gives the barista all data in real time to offer the customer the best espresso.

 

Volumetric Dosing: Up to 4 doses can be programmed per head. Option of a purge button can be activated  

 

Shot Timer: With a built in shot timer function, each brewing head can be timed independently without the need for an external timer.

 

Automatic Cleaning: The White Eagle allows independent automatic cleaning of each individual group. Meaning that washing and taking orders can be carried out simultaneously. No longer does one need to wait till the end of the day at the possibly risk of coffee quality.

 

Energy Saving: The White Eagle can be programmed to turn on and off at any time you desire. Saving energy and time.

 

Reverse mirror: With the reverse mirror, the barista can now watch the coffee filter output without bending down. A little foresight that will be appreciated by all of those who use it.

 

Comfort

We believe a barista’s work becomes something astounding when they have the ability to direct their talent to cup and customer.

The controls on the White Eagle fuse aesthetics with functionality; its unique petal-like push-button panel is positioned to make every gesture made by the operator both simple and intuitive,

 

Pull Push Steam Power Control: These levers are intuitive and ergonomic, allowing for full-bore steaming and easy feathering for reduced or brief flow unlike the twist motion of a twist steam function. 

 

Control

Pre-infusion chamber system

Consists of the presence of an expansion chamber downstream from the group’s sinusoidal valve, reducing water pressure in the panel for the time required to fill it. In fact, upon entering this cavity, the water loses pressure while falling on the coffee’s surface and permeating it. The expansion chamber’s dimensions take into account both the desired pre-infusion time and the group’s download capacity; excessive dimensions would hinder the complete emptying of the cavity at the end of the cycle, leaving the coffee grounds excessively wet. A variation of this system features a spring with a piston inside the chamber that helps to empty the chamber at the end of the brewing cycle. 

 

SIS

Nuova Simonelli recently introduced the SIS system, which enables a softer increase in the water pressure curve and has a nine-second pre-infusion time. The same results achieved by experts on lever machines are re-created with this system: The first drops of espresso come out of the spout while still in the pre-infusion phase. With the SIS system, superior brewing quality is possible, as well as compensation for possible tamping mistakes made by the operator.
