In January 2018, Adam Day contacted Grindsmith to help him produce a quality-focused cold brew. What started as just a small project for one bar in Manchester has now grown across the UK to allow bartenders to work with a high quality, flavour focused cold brew product.

Separating coffee as a stand-alone ingredient gives flexibility of how it can be used and pushes the understanding of what coffee can be.
